On your first day I&#8217;ll perform a thorough skin analysis to understand your skin better, assess its condition and look for any underlying issues. It will also give you the opportunity to discuss your individual needs and make an informed decision.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong class=\"x-el x-el-span c1-2g c1-2h c1-b c1-9c c1-2r c1-70 c1-9d\">Booking Information<\/strong><br \/>\nThe &#8221;book now\/treatment&#8221; link will take you to the Timely booking page. You can change or cancel within 48 hours of your appointment. Please inform me of any health conditions, allergies, pregnancy or special needs when making your appointment.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong class=\"x-el x-el-span c1-2g c1-2h c1-b c1-9c c1-2r c1-70 c1-9d\">Reminder Text\/Email<\/strong><br \/>\nA reminder email is sent to you 48 hours ahead followed by a text reminder 24 hours prior to your appointment through the online booking system.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong class=\"x-el x-el-span c1-2g c1-2h c1-b c1-9c c1-2r c1-70 c1-9d\">Cancellation &amp; Rescheduling<\/strong><br \/>\nI understand that certain circumstances are unavoidable and cancellation of your appointment may be necessary. I kindly request 24 hours notice to reschedule or cancel your appointment. Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours notice will result in 100% charge of the total treatments that were booked.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong class=\"x-el x-el-span c1-2g c1-2h c1-b c1-9c c1-2r c1-70 c1-9d\">Late Arrival<\/strong><br \/>\nMy goal is to provide each client with the dedicated time and attention they deserve. Arriving on time ensures you receive the full benefit of your service. There is no waiting room provided.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong class=\"x-el x-el-span c1-2g c1-2h c1-b c1-9c c1-2r c1-70 c1-9d\">Parental Supervision<\/strong><br \/>\nParental supervision required for &#8221;Teen Acne Facial&#8221;, this facial is for age between 12-16.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong class=\"x-el x-el-span c1-2g c1-2h c1-b c1-9c c1-2r c1-70 c1-9d\">Medical Conditions<\/strong><br \/>\nIt is the client\u2019s responsibility to inform me before every treatment of any health conditions, pregnancy, allergies, injuries, operations, medication or any other health issue. Some treatments may not be recommended for certain conditions.
