First Facial Appointment – WELCOME Facial
”Facial Consultation Form” must be completed and signed before your first facial appointment. On your first day I’ll perform a thorough skin analysis to understand your skin better, assess its condition and look for any underlying issues. It will also give you the opportunity to discuss your individual needs and make an informed decision.
Booking Information
The ”book now/treatment” link will take you to the Timely booking page. You can change or cancel within 48 hours of your appointment. Please inform me of any health conditions, allergies, pregnancy or special needs when making your appointment.
Reminder Text/Email
A reminder email is sent to you 48 hours ahead followed by a text reminder 24 hours prior to your appointment through the online booking system.
Cancellation & Rescheduling
I understand that certain circumstances are unavoidable and cancellation of your appointment may be necessary. I kindly request 24 hours notice to reschedule or cancel your appointment. Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours notice will result in 100% charge of the total treatments that were booked.
Late Arrival
My goal is to provide each client with the dedicated time and attention they deserve. Arriving on time ensures you receive the full benefit of your service. If you arrive late your appointment may be shortened or rescheduled.
No Show
No Show will result in 100% charge of the total treatments that were booked.
Arriving Alone
Home-based beauty/skin salon policy requiring clients to arrive alone (no children, extra guests or companion) is standard practice due to safety, insurance liability, limited space and maintaining a professional, relaxing environment. There is no waiting room provided.
Parental Supervision
Parental supervision required for ”Teen Acne Facial”, this facial is for age between 12-16.
Medical Conditions
It is the client’s responsibility to inform me before every treatment of any health conditions, pregnancy, allergies, injuries, operations, medication or any other health issue. Some treatments may not be recommended for certain conditions. If you are unsure about the implications of a treatment please contact me.
Advanced Procedures
If you’ve recently undergone advanced procedures like injectables, peels or microblading, I kindly ask that you wait at least 2 weeks before scheduling a facial treatment.
Patch Testing
Certain treatments may require a patch test 5 days prior to your appointment to ensure your safety and avoid any adverse reactions.
Refunds
No refunds for completed services. However, if you’re dissatisfied, please contact me as soon as possible.
Health & Safety
Maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene is my priority. Please note that minors and pets are not allowed in the studio.
Right to Refuse Service
As a home-based skin salon I reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
Rights of Beauty Pure Skin
I reserve the right to adjust treatment prices as needed to stay relevant and compliant with industry standards. Additionally, I may modify or remove treatments as necessary.
Privacy Policy
Your personal information is treated with the utmost confidentiality and securely stored. I collect and manage this information in compliance with UK Data Protection and consumer legislation.
Gift Card
• Gift cards are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase.
• Gift cards must be redeemed online when booking your treatment.
• You are not under obligation to use the full value of your gift cards during one session.
• Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash, sold or transferred.
• Once an order is placed, gift card cannot be cancelled, nor the amount cannot be amended.
• Beauty Pure Skin cannot except liability for lost or stolen gift cards.
• Any unused amount after the expiry date on the gift cards will not be credited or refunded.
• Late cancellation and “No show” terms as laid in our booking policy also apply to gift cards.
• Gift cards cannot be used in conjunction with any other Beauty Pure Skin discount (e.g. discount for first appointment, special promotion).
